Glendale has received a serious influx of great food chains lately, all concentrated at 252 S Brand Street by the Americana. Mainland Poke moved in, as did Philz Coffee and Shake Shack, and Eggslut will be setting up shop any day now. This Friday, Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop is opening in the space, and they're making moves in a big way: free food all day long.
Five dishes will be available (For free! Because it bears repeating.) from 11am to 10pm, or at least while supplies last. They're not skimpy bites, either: turkey melts, angus burgers, mushroom pizzas, a Zorra salad and a West Coast bowl, all of which are fan favorites. If none of those catch your eye, Greenleaf will also be serving more of their traditional and seasonal dishes at regular prices.
