Help build a gigantic Lego mosaic of Chuck Close this Saturday

We're never truly done playing with Legos, no matter how old we get. During the second annual Night on Broadway this Saturday, artist Andy Bauch will invite any and all attendees to help build a 17,000-piece mosaic of famous photorealist artist Chuck Close out of recycled Legos. The process should take about five hours, and will be filmed for a time-lapse video to be featured as part of Night on Broadway's Art Share LA exhibit.

To help make Lego Chuck happen, simply show up outside the Spring Arcade building (542 S Broadway) anytime between 5 and 11pm and get snapping.
