Los Angeles is known for not being able to handle rain, but lately we've been seeing some winds that rival the Windy City, and, well, the City of Angels can't handle those either. About 16,000 DWP customers woke up this morning without power due to the powerful winds over night and into this morning, according to the LA Times. The crazy winds caused trees to fall down and debris to fill the streets, though it doesn't appear that the damage was as severe as last time. And just like when it rains in LA, Angelenos took to social media to express their dismay over the weather being anything but 75 and sunny. Some show the damage that was done while others take a funny spin on it. Thankfully, the weather should be back to normal for the weekend.
Nothing like a huge wind storm to make you realize just how dirty LA really is. Saw a diaper rolling around like a tumbleweed #LAtumbleweeds
