Shake Shack continues its LA expansion with Hollywood, Century City spots

While the lines at Shake Shack West Hollywood still snake around Santa Monica Boulevard, the East Coast burger chain is doubling down on its attempt to win a place in Angelenos' hearts—literally, because, you know, red meat.

Shake Shack will be opening a location at Hollywood's Eastown complex—around the corner from fellow East Coast transplant Dunkin' Donuts—sometime this fall. A map on the development's website shows the 3,400-square-foot burger joint opening up directly on the Walk of Fame, just east of Argyle Avenue.

This follows yesterday's report that the burger spot will also be opening up inside the Westfield Century City mall in 2017.

To recap: LA is transitioning from a no Shake Shack town to a five (at least) Shake Shack town in just about a year's time. With the West Hollywood location already open, Glendale and Hollywood are up next in 2016, followed by Downtown Los Angeles and Century City in 2017. Your move, In-N-Out.
