The Soup Nazi from 'Seinfeld' will actually serve you at Ralphs today

Larry Thomas, better known as the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld, entered public consciousness over a decade ago for shouting "No soup for you!" at petrified patrons. And today, he's still playing out that same bit. This time at, of all places, a Ralphs in Studio City.

You see, Thomas is now a spokesperson for Original Soupman soups, which is owned by the chef who inspired Thomas' character.

The company's owner, Ali "Al" Yeganeh, used to have a restaurant in New York City called Soup Kitchen International, which closed in 2004. The storefront has since reopened as part of Yeganeh's Original Soupman chain. The soup is also packaged and sold in grocery stores, which is where Thomas comes in.

Thomas and Original Soupman CEO Jamie Karson are serving up samples of the soup including chicken noodle, chicken gumbo, lobster bisque and crab corn chowder.

To see him for yourself and (probably) not face rejection, run on over to 10901 Ventura Blvd before 4pm today.
