Like the Rebels fighting the Empire, Beyoncé battling Bruno Mars (legitimately the best part of the Super Bowl halftime show), or our everyday struggle against rush hour traffic, there can only be one winner at the inaugural Time Out Los Angeles Chili Bowl. Held on Saturday, February 27—you're all invited!—six LA restaurants will put forth their best bowls of chili to you fine folks, vying for the ultimate crown of Chili Champion. It's going to be fierce, fun and incredibly delicious, and we're so excited to announce the fantastic restaurants who will be slinging bowls of beans until the end. They are:
Of course, you'll need to cleanse the palate between chili stations, and so we've also invited Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams to serve their fantastic artisan ice cream, and Tsingtao will be serving complimentary beer. We'll be raffling off gift cards from the participating restaurants as well.
