These LA restaurants are hosting Passover dinners

Like most holidays, Passover is a festivity that brings people together around a dinner table. Whether you are away from your family this Passover (which begins Friday, April 22, and ends Saturday, April 30), you're trying to get away from your family's annual Seder, or you're looking to expand your cultural and culinary palate and try something new, there are a number of Passover dinners happening around LA this week; and lucky for you, they are at some of LA's best restaurants. 

Spago: Make your Seder a charitable one and join Spago for their 32nd annual Passover dinner, in which all the proceeds benefit MAZON, A Jewish Response to Hunger. Enjoy dishes like a classic matzo ball soup and matzah toffee, to name a few. RSVP: 310-385-0880. Sat, April 23, at 5:30pm; $190 per person ($80 children nine and under). 

TasteChef Brian Sheard is bringing an à la carte selection of items to Taste on Melrose from April 22-30. Menu items include a pomegranate-glazed salmon, roasted chicken breast and a delicious chocolate budino made from coconut milk. Lunch: Tues-Fri 11:30am-3pm; Dinner: Sun-Thurs 5:30-10pm; Fri and Sat 5:30pm-10:30pm; $8-23.

Culina: For a Passover Seder with Italian flavor, visit Culina at the Four Seasons. Your dinner will still include traditional holiday offerings of charoset and matzo-ball soup, but this time topped off with a lemon panna cotta or hazelnut milk chocolate mousse. RSVP: 310-860-4000. Fri, April 22, and Sat, April 23, from 6-11pm; Sun, April 24, from 6-10:30pm; $54-69 per person.

Bouchon Bistro: Celebrate the holiday in French style at Bouchon. The bistro is offering a prix fixe menu complete with matzah, charoset, maror, a delicious lamb shank with bulgar wheat, and concluded with a refreshing pomegranate sorbet with marinated strawberries, toasted almond streusel & ganache montée.
