The Sweat Spot

Silver Lake's non-competitive dance space the Sweat Spot opened in 2010 under the instruction of lauded choreographer Ryan Heffington. A full schedule of classes including pilates, ballet, jazz, African, hip-hop and Heffington's popular Sweaty Sundays, welcomes adults at any level of experience—the only requirement is a desire to get on your feet and move your body.
