Time Out says

Burning Man swaps the desert for the city but keeps the dust as the official decompression event sets up camp at LA State Historic Park. Think of it, though, as more a second wind: Burners should expect the familiar assortment of art cars, performers, theme camps and DJs at this overnight, all ages party. Some of the Ten Principles carry over from Black Rock City, so don't leave behind any MOOP ("Matter Out of Place") and, whatever you do, don't bring glow sticks—which means you'll have to convceive of a more creative way to light up the night. There's no re-entry after 6pm, and the Los Angeles League of Arts suggests that you park at Union Station ($6) and walk five blocks or take the Gold Line one stop to Chinatown.
