Taiwanese American Heritage Week Festival

Immerse yourself in the culture of the island of Taiwan at this annual celebration, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary; Congress declared a week back in 1999 in order to honor the contributions of Taiwanese Americans. Find informative exhibits at the Memorial Bowl in Monterey Park's Barnes Park (350 S McPherrin Ave) along with traditional ethnic food, shopping, games and raffles. The lively entertainment will include folk dance, both a cappella and instrumental music, puppetry and more.
