The Master screening

See a luxurious-looking 70mm screening of the recent Philip Seymour Hoffman, Joaquin Phoenix and Amy Adams heavy hitter about a mentally unstable, alcoholic WWII vet who returns home and finds himself drawn by author Lancaster Dodd's magnetism into "the Cause"—a mysterious cult à la Scientology. The Master earned Phoenix his third Oscar nomination, and the orchestral score—by Radiohead's Jonny Greenwood—is haunting.
