"If you are afraid of butter, use cream." Take the (wise) words of Julia Child to heart by learning how to cook the food most dear to these revered chef: French cuisine. The EATZ class will teach students how to cook quiche Lorraine from scratch, as well as how to make the perfect omelette, a beef Bourguignon, Julia's salad Nicoise, and chocolate roulades with vanilla creme chantilly. And of course, in true Child's fashion, there will be wine.
