The EATZ class will teach students how to cook quiche Lorraine from scratch, as well as how to make the perfect omelette, a beef Bourguignon, Julia's salad Nicoise, and chocolate roulades with vanilla creme chantilly. And of course, in true Child's fashion, there will be wine.
