Al Bacio Cooking Class

For those who listed “learn how to cook” as their latest new year’s resolution, there’s no better time like the present to start. The recently opened Al Bacio Ristorante in West Hollywood offers its first cooking class of the year, a 3-course affair including the requisite vino. Whip up octopus salad, veal bolognese and a baked apple tart under the expert guidance of Executive Chef Christian Simionato. Classes are intimate—the limit is 15 people—so make sure to RSVP by January 20.
