American Tea Room cocktail Tea*Vent

Angelenos who like their tea with two lumps of of decadence likely know the American Tea Room in Beverly Hills, where "Lipton" and "Snapple" are dirty words. The luxury tea emporium has just announced a second location to open downtown, and in celebration of this rather hip expansion, they're partnering with LA cocktail chef Matthew Biancaniello for a special tea-meets-booze “Tea*Vent” on June 19. Thirty dollar admission to the store on North Canon Drive will grant guests access to Biancaniello’s creative techniques for infusing spirits with American Tea Room teas. The result? An array of one-of-a-kind cocktails, including apricot black tea-infused tequila and Masala Chai vodka with condensed milk.
