Terranea Resort, the posh hotel situated on the Palos Verdes peninsula, begins their Chef’s Cooking Class Series with a nod to the flavors of fall. The intimate dinner (capped at 30 guests) offers cocktails and hor d’oeuvres followed by an interactive cooking demo and three-course meal complete with wine pairings. Don’t feel guilty forking over $250 per person for this instagram worthy culinary feast because at least some proceeds are benefiting the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
