Executive Chef Taylor Boudreaux and Econdido-based Stone Brewing Co host a first-ever Beer Dinner at the rustic eatery, complete with a unique five-course menu featuring prosciutto-wrapped scallops, wild game cassoulet with braised lamb sausage and other delectables, each paired with a choice brew.
