Terranea Resort's chefs will have to play favorites during a January 30th Coastal Harvest themed dinner, an interactive event where diners will indulge in a three-course dinner with wine pairings at the beautiful Rancho Palos Verdes resort. Chef Bernard Ibarra, Chef Andrew Vaughan, Chef David Tarrin, and Chef Pierino Jermonti will replicate some of their favorite dishes, including pan-roasted duck breast magret, slow braised veal cheeks, and apple crostata. The evening will start with a cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception followed by a cooking demonstration before moving on to dinner. Most importantly, a portion of the proceeds will benefit Los Angeles No Kid Hungry, a campaign that works to end childhood hunger in Los Angeles.
