Presented by Chef Nyesha Arrington, "Food Is Art—A Dinner Installation" is not your typical tasting dinner. Its four courses are each inspired by a different color; the second course, for example, is grilled New England calamari glazed with a tangerine BBQ sauce, finished with marigold flowers and curry oil, beautifully cooked as an homage to orange. This feast for the eyes and palate is BYOB, and the proceeds will benefit the Sustainable Economic Enterprises of Los Angeles.
