Guns + Butter at The Spare Room

Detroit's “Guns + Butter” is coming to the Spare Room Bar at the Hollywood Roosevelt for a unique 6-course dinner, with two nightly seatings at 7pm and 9pm on Nov 22-26. “Guns + Butter” is a traveling pop-up restaurant that will pop up just about anywhere (past locations have even included retail stores). Craig Lieckfelt, the exec chef, keeps mum about the menu, but he’s always creative with his cooking, so expect a few menu surprises.
