Jar & Artisan Present "Chef Exchange"

Consider it Wife Swap for the food obsessed: two chefs, two kitchens, one night only. As an homage to each other’s restaurant, Chris Kobayashi (chef/owner of Artisan) and Suzanne Tracht (chef/owner of Jar) will swap kitchens in January to cook up seasonal dishes with ingredients from their favorite local sources. Fans of both Artisan, a Paso Robles favorite, and Jar, a Los Angeles go-to chophouse, will appreciate the talent of these two culinary giants.
