Abigaile's in Hermosa Beach hosts a Kitchen Take Over with six chefs whipping up a six-course meal. On the roster of culinary wizzards is Abigaile's chef Tin Vuong, chef Bernhard Mairinger of Bier Beisl, chef Lara Mandracchia of Cake Bakeshop, chef Sean Chaney from Hot's kitchen, Meg Hall from Made by Meg Catering and chef John-Carlos Kuramoto of Michael's Santa Monica. Each chef will tackle one of the six courses using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. A reception with tastings from Abigaile's brewery starts the night off with a buzz, while the dinner gets into the holiday spirit with a portion of proceeds benefiting Beach Cities Toy Drive.
