While some view Valentine's Day as an occasion to hide under the covers and wait until it's over, others may wish there was an entire week devoted to the celebration of love. Piero Selvaggio, owner of Valentino in Santa Monica, is a fan of love. Along with Executive Chef Nico Chessa, the two have designed a menu for lovers to enjoy from February 11 to 15, with à la carte menus available on the 11, 12, 13, and 15 and a prix-fixe dinner offered on Valentine's Day. Selections include apulian burrata, Maine lobster salad, butternut squash ravioli, Colorado lamb chop, and more, along with a sweet Dolce di San Valentino for dessert. Optional wine pairings are available for $50.
