Join Santa Monica local chef Nyesha Arrington at Fifty Seven for “Maison Aisoon—Memories of Grandma’s House,” a special dinner accompanied by the essentials (wine and music). Combining her French cooking expertise and cuisine influences from her Korean grandmother, the menu will be a mouthwatering combination of two cultures and traditions. To fit the mood, you will listen to Arrington’s custom soundtrack for the evening (found here) and have the option of adding wine pairings by wine director Michael Nemčik (a $40 supplement). Whether you recognize Arrington from shows such as Top Chef or Chef Hunter, you're bound to enjoy dishes on the menu such as oxtail bulgogi, octopus and ménage a pork.
