Ori Menashe, Neal Fraser and Walter Manzke at Test Kitchen

Test Kitchen hosts this year's dinner series from October 16 through November 11 at Ori Menashe's new Downtown restaurant Bestia. The night's guest chef Walter Manzke (Patina, Church & State) and Neal Fraser (Grace) cook alongside Menashe to serve a $68 five-course dinner that includes housemade charcuterie, roasted duck five ways and saffron-mascarpone rice pudding. Dinner service starts at 6pm.
