The pop-up is an effort to promote her new book, A Boat, a Whale & a Walrus, containing her favorite recipes inspired by French cuisine and Seattle’s favorites. Enjoy an evening of amazing food, maybe a glass of fine wine, and personal insight into this highly acclaimed chef’s first cookbook. The cookbook will also be available for purchase at $40 a pop—she is, after all, nominated for the Best Chef in the Northwest.
