This Wednesday, Scratch|Bar is celebrating its one-year anniversary with a ribbon cutting, reception and two eight-course dinners. After Beverly Hills Mayor Lili Bosse cuts the ceremonial ribbon, sit down to a multi-course meal at 5:30 or 8pm. Chef Phillip Frankland Lee’s eight dishes, all prepared from scratch, will include crafty signature items like Smoking Goat’s Milk Cheese, Roasted Bone Marrow ‘n Sourdough and Green Mussel and Sea Urchin Sake Shooter. And it only gets better from there—the reception will serve champagne and hors d'oeuvres, and there will be unlimited wine and beer during dinner. An evening of bottomless booze, unique eats and celebrations—sounds like our kind of Wednesday night.
