In celebration of Chef Ray Garcia's victory at the national Grand Cochon competition—earning him the title of "King of Porc"—FIG in Santa Monica is teaming up with local SoCal farms to present an exlusive series of carniverous dinner events. They're calling it “Swine & Dine:" three nights throughout the summer, when meat loving guests will have the opportunity to delight in a prix fixe, four-course nose-to-tail menu. For $69 a pop, guests will experience Chef Ray's delicately crafted dishes, each highlighting the flavors and quality of his locally raised, heritage breed pigs. Drooling?
