"The Dinner Party" at Lukshon

Sang Yoon's Southeast Asian creation, Lukshon, is the site of the second event in "The Dinner Party" series, started by the Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) Los Angeles to raise money for local at-risk youth with aspirations in the culinary arts field. Treat yourself to a three-course dinner conceived by Yoon and Sherry Yard, complete with chef-selected wines and beers to accompany offerings such as duck popiah with cilantro stems, pickled jicama, and a chili hoisin sauce.
