Fortunately, Fig & Olive's executive chef Pascal Lorange is crafting a three-course dinner inspired by the swank destination—for a lot less than an intercontinental plane ticket. The selection of dishes includes seared scallops, beef tartar, a half dozen oysters, and a roasted rack of lamb. For dessert, indulge with a Valrhona chocolate brownie. The food coma will have you (almost) forgetting you aren't in France.
