There is world class wine to be found along California's Central Coast, and Hatfield's chefs Quinn and Karen Hatfield want to honor two of them: Dragonette Cellars and Liquid Farm. On March 27, the two talented chefs will host a four-course wine pairing dinner, starting with hors d'oeuvres and a rosé pairing followed by a delectable sit down affair.
