The iconic Hollywood hilltop hangout will play host to a series of guest-chef dinners, in which Yamashiro Executive Chef Brock Kleweno will invite other local culinary minds who inspire him to help him create a unique five-course, prix-fixe dinner complete with wine pairings. Get a full dose of fusion at the first installment; the Rodriguez brothers and Chef de Cuisine Omar Borba of nearby boutique Peruvian spot Los Balcones del Peru will contribute to what Kleweno deems a "chef-restaurant mash-up" of the two cuisines and culinary styles.
