Palisades Village already channels a bygone era of picturesque main streets, so it’s fitting that the shopping complex is hosting a couple of drive-in–inspired movie screenings right in the middle of the road. During the Porsche-presented Streetside Cinema, you’ll be able to watch free screenings of Cars and Cars 2 in the good company of a crew of vintage Porsche cars. To be clear, you’ll be sitting in a seat on the ground on Swarthmore Avenue and not in a car, so it’s not an actual drive-in—but we think the complimentary concessions and popcorn more than make up for that.
