Time Out says

We’ll probably never be able to properly express just how much we value the frontline workers hustling day in and day out to keep Angelenos safe. But this one small token of appreciation is at least something: a free drive-in movie screening for healthcare personnel and their families.

On August 20, carsharing company Turo is hosting a free screening of Back to the Future in Glendale (held atop the old Sears parking garage) that’s open exclusively to healthcare workers. Here’s how to attend: You’ll need to send an email to turodrivein@turo.com with a photo of your credentials that prove you’re both a healthcare worker and a California resident. If you’re approved—spaces are limited to the first 100 qualifying applicants—you’ll be added to the list and receive a $50 travel credit on Turo, which you can use to rent a car for the screening or at a later time.
