Beloved Orange County natives the Growlers have slowly migrated their indie upstart fest from OC to L.A., landing this year at L.A. State Historic Park. They’re both headlining and co-presenting the music fest, and the rest of this year’s lineup is a doozy: The Voidz, The Drums, Doug E. Fresh, GWAR, Jonathan Richman and Bleached, among others.
