This 17-year-old young Scottish songstress won the music competition Open Mic UK at only 12 and was one of the first acts to break out on YouTube by covering artists such as Bon Iver and Phoenix, cunningly restyling their songs into coffee shop-friendly piano ballads. Her debut album contained only one original, but the genuine-sounding follow-up, Fire Within, proves that she's not just a pretty voice via some touching originals.
