Ring in the New Year with bossa nova. Brazilian musician Sergio Mendes is teaming up with Grammy nominated Sheila E, the jazz funk songstress for a Carnaval inspired Carnival at the Hall. Brazilian dancers, percussion, and samba beats will spice up the last night of 2013.
