Time Out says

The time has finally come to say goodbye to the LA Phil’s beloved floppy-haired conductor, Gustavo Dudamel—a countdown that began when he announced his pending departure for the New York Philharmonic three years ago. The music and artistic director will be back to visit periodically, but if you want to catch his dynamic conducting before he decamps, grab a ticket for one of these “Celebrating Gustavo” shows at the Bowl. First up, on Thursday, he conducts Beethoven’s iconic Ninth, along with a world premiere by Pixel composer Michael Giacchino, narrated by poet Amanda Gorman. On Friday, Gustavo’s Fiesta sees him joining forces with Los Tigres del Norte, Lila Downs and Mariachi Reyna de Los Ángeles. And in the most eclectic pairing, he shares the stage with the Foo Fighters on Saturday, conducting the LA Phil and Youth Orchestra Los Angeles in a nearly sold-out show.
