Fanfare Ciocărlia + Mucca Pazza

Free LA concerts in July abound, but this one is definitely worth a second glance. Part of the fab Grand Performances series at DTLA’s Grand Park, two outrageously fun bands will share the bill for this night. Mucca Pazza, a deranged (read: great), 30-piece marching band from Chicago that offers zany, clap-along circus punk will join the mighty and always reliably funky Fanfare Ciocărlia, a Balkan gypsy brass band with a wild show. Expect… well who knows, frankly, but something furious and humour-filled to be sure.
