There's a lot to love about Canter's, and today, Haim is giving us yet another reason: The iconic Jewish deli that's lit up L.A. for nearly 90 years is hosting a live show by the band this afternoon.
Originally scheduled for 2pm—now pushed back to 3pm, citing technical difficulties—Haim's Canter's show will stream live across the group's Youtube channel.
The 24-hour Fairfax deli was one of the trio's scheduled stops on a worldwide "Deli Tour" and is now serving as an album-release show, but it also holds a special place in the Haim sisters' hearts: This was also the first location their band ever played, and features prominently on the cover of their new album, Women in Music Pt. III (or WIMPIII, for short).
