HARD Summer 2014, part of Gary Richard's HARD national music fest, debuted this Saturday at a new location, in South El Monte at the Whittier National Recreation Area. Although it was a trek, Angelenos (and a few international dubstep lovers) made it out for a packed lineup featuring EDM staples such as Tiesto, young house-music prodigies Disclosure, A$AP Mob, Nero, Brodinski, Jack U, The Chainsmokers, Axwell, Rudimental and Sub Focuc, just to name a few. Those who wanted some extracurriculars to accompany the music frenzy chose from various activities such as carnival rides, photobooths and plentiful alcohol consumption. Ultimately it was a weekend defined by good beats, lots of dust and people ready to party. Check it out in our best shots from the fest.

Haven't gotten your summer concerts and music fest fix yet? Here's what's coming up later this summer at FYF.
