Former Dawes member Alex Casnoff fronts this local band—LA mainstays and SXSW veterans. The all-male group is named for Casnoff's grandmother and has drawn attention in the past two years for tongue-in-cheek songs like "I Slept With All Your Mothers," its cinematic songwriting and its Americana-meets-electronica sound. Its Bootleg Bar show will be rounded out by Z Berg and rockabilly LA band the Americans.
