An all-star group of musicians and performers descend on the Hollywood Bowl for "The Academy Celebrates The Black Movie Soundtrack." Craig Robinson hosts the night, Vince Mendoza conducts the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, clips of movies will play on the Bowl's screens, and there will be appearances and performances by Bilal, En Vogue (currently on a world tour), Anthony Hamilton, Grammy-winner Lalah Hathaway, Princess (Maya Rudolph and Gretchen Lieberum's Prince cover band), Public Enemy, and more. Sixty elementary school students from the Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles will also perform a cover of Pharrell's "Happy."
