Join Craft LA and Tom Colicchio as they celebrate 10 whole years of warm hospitality and pristine food in that so-sleek Craft setting. The evenig begins with cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres, courtesy of chef Alex Chang (of the Freehand's the Exchange). Following Craft tradition, you'll enjoy an artful family-style meal that honors local ingredients and farmers. Tom Colicchio, Craft LA chef de cuisine Denis Crutchfield and pastry chef Shannon Swindle will prepare five courses in collaboration with Jessica Koslow (of Sqirl), Ludo Lefebvre (of Petit Trois), Jon Shookand Vinny Dotolo (of Animal, Son of a Gun and Jon & Vinny’s fame), with breads from Alex Davis for a gustatory masterclass in fine dining. After dinner, celebrate way into the evening with drinks at the Craftbar's lounge and patio.
