Time Out says
Sleek leather booths and mirrored walls make this one of the swankier burger joints you'll find in LA, but it's the colossal, juicy patties piled with toppings—and not the decor—that are the real draw here. Situated on the ground floor of the Roosevelt Hotel, 25 Degrees has a menu that draws dedicated hamburger lovers from across town. You can craft your own or choose from unique creations like Number Four, made with yellowfin tuna, butter lettuce and crispy fried onions. Don't forget the milkshake!

I ordered a veggie burger, which I completely know is a risk at any burger joint, however, other than the patty not tasting good, the burger was assembled poorly and totally fell apart. I also didn't have a place setting for a while, neither did some other members of my party.
There aren't many lunch options in this part of town, which is why I've ended up here a few times. The burgers are nothing to write home about, the service is a bit spotty and the fries are pretty standard. My favorite thing here are the onion rings and the shakes—two things that are pretty hard to get wrong!
While the burgers here aren't my favorite in the city, their sweet potato fries with garlic aioli are addictive, and their milkshakes are old-school in the best possible way. They come with a sidecar of leftover shake, so big that you could give it to a friend without sacrificing your own glass of blended vanilla ice cream.
If you're sick of In-N-Out and looking for a sit down restaurant with a good burger, 25 Degrees is your answer. Not only do they have a great burger selection but their fries and sweet potato fries are to die for. Will definitely be coming back here!
There's only a few restaurants on Hollywood Blvd. that you can duck into for a complete meal. 25 Degrees is one of those places and is known for their burgers and sandwiches. The bonus is that it's attached to historic Roosevelt Hotel, so you can always go linger in the lobby and explore the nooks and crannies of the hotel when you're done.
