Los Angeles has some tasty pizza spots, but there is no question that the most delicious pizzas come from Italy. Third generation master pizzaiulo Attilio Bachetti will have a residency at Sotto on Sunday, August 21. Reiging from a pizzeria in Napoli that opened in 1938, Bachetti cooks with the tried-and-true traditions to create an authentic and genuine Italian pie. Pizzas include the carnevale, a star-shaped pizza with eight points filled with hand dipped ricotta, and a center with blended San Marzano tomatoes, cow’s milk mozzarella and sausage. Each pizza comes with a glass of Peroni on draft. Reservations can be made by phone.
