Babette's

We are a locally sourced, globally inspired farm to table restaurant and bar. Babette's specializes in local, sustainable and organic produce. We offer a variety of delicious vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Also, Babette's will offer fresh and locally caught seafood, with organic poultry and organic grass-fed beef dishes. Our artists have handcrafted a cocktail menu featuring a list of carefully selected spirits and fresh ingredients. Our wine selection offers a taste of California grapes from up and down the coast, as well as from around the world. Each dish and cocktail has a story poured into it and we created Babette's with only the best ingredients in mind. Please come and be a part our new journey on the West Coast. Babette's originated in East Hampton, New York in 1995.
