Chef Carlos Castanon creates various daily specials to enhance the culinary experience of Cafe Verde, from delicate crab cakes with roasted tomatillo sauce and eggs for breakfast to grilled halibut with tangerine sauce for dinner. Chef Adan Ramirez also shows his expertise with numerous savory dishes, such as pork marinated in citrus juices on sourdough bread with onions, tomatoes, gruyere cheese and chipotle mayonnaise.
Cafe Verde is available for private events. It has a featured wine selection and numerous cocktails to choose from. The welcoming bistro serves breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Reservations are strongly recommended.
