Time Out says

Don't worry if your New Year's resolutions have already been forgotten—you'll get another chance to set the year right with the specialty eight-course Chinese New Year menu at Hakkasan Beverly Hills. Traditional Cantonese dishes like the spicy lamb lupin wrap, the stir-fry black pepper rib eye with merlot, and the grilled chilean sea bass in honey are meant to bring good fortune and successes in the new year, and will be offered in addition to Michelin-starred Chef Ho Chee Boon's signature a la carte menu. Speaking of good fortune, the lucky diners who chow down on the festive menu will receive a traditional red envelope with a special gift card for a courtesy cocktail. Of all the days to dine at Hakkasan, try to reserve a spot on Feb 19 for an exclusive lion dance showcase symbolizing wisdom, luck, fortune, and joy in the year ahead.
