On January 30, famed chef Dominique Ansel brings his classic-leaning French food—and unlimited herbed pommes frites—to the table in a collaborative dinner with wines from California-based Habit Wine Company and Lo-Fi Wines. Choose steak frites, moules frites, or mushrooms with frites as you sample and swirl your way through glass after glass. For dessert, expect a party ot tart-tatins proportions: classic apple, spiced pear, pineapple-and-thyme and caramelized banana.
