Can’t resist a fresh plate of oysters? Neither can owner and master ecailler of the Oyster Gourmet, Christophe Happillon, who’s curating a mouth-watering tasting this October at the DTLA Oyster Festival. Slurp your way through briny selections from state-wide oyster farms like Rock Harbor Oysters of Cape Cod, Hama Hama of Washington State (open since 1922) and Sol Azul Seafarms of Baja California. Meet the farmers, score plenty of oysters and pour yourself French wine from 11am to 6pm each day.
