Neither can owner and master ecailler of the Oyster Gourmet, Christophe Happillon, who’s curating a mouth-watering tasting this October at the DTLA Oyster Festival. Slurp your way through briny selections from oyster farms like Cape May Salt Oyster from New Jersey, Coos Bay Oyster Farm from Oregon and Sol Azul Seafarms of Baja California. Meet the farmers, score plenty of oysters and sip some wine from 11am to 6pm each day.
